What tools does the tspoonlab production module offer?
The production moduleâs actions menu brings together different tools to manage the dayâs productions, export information, print documentation and run bulk actions on several production orders. To access these options:
Go to "Management" and then click "Production".
Select the date on the calendar.
Click the three-dot menu next to the date.
Below is a description of each available option:
Export tools
Export production sheets (PDF): generates a PDF with the complete production sheets of all the recipes and dishes planned for the selected date. It includes ingredients, allergens, preparation steps and stations.
Export recipe costings (XLSX): downloads an Excel file with the financial breakdown and costs of the recipes added to the dayâs production.
Export productions (XLSX): generates an Excel file with general information about the production orders, including expected and real volumes, real cost, assigned events, allergens, employees, batches and other related data.
Production and raw-material lists
Print production list: prints a list with the scheduled recipes and dishes and the expected quantities for the day.
Print required products: generates a consolidated list of all the raw materials needed for the dayâs productions.
Select and print required products: generates the raw-materials list only for the selected productions.
Ticket printing
Print all tickets: prints the tickets for all the recipes and dishes scheduled for the day.
Select and print tickets: prints only the tickets of the selected productions.
Print summary ticket: generates a single summary ticket with the total products and materials used in the dayâs productions.
Select and print summary ticket: generates a summary ticket only for the selected productions.
Bulk actions on productions
Select and generate purchase order: lets you select several productions and automatically generate a purchase order with the required ingredients.
Select and generate dispatch: lets you generate a dispatch from the selected productions.
Select and start productions: changes the status of the selected productions from "Pending" to "Started", automatically recording the start time.
Select and close productions: marks each of the selected productions as "Finished". When productions are closed, tspoonlab automatically deducts the raw materials from the store and records the produced recipes and dishes with their real costs.
Select and delete: removes the selected productions from the planning.
Select and change day: lets you move the selected productions to another date on the calendar.
Select and assign station: lets you assign a kitchen station to several productions in bulk.
